This Saturday was a busy one.  We had Brian Carrier, Bill Sukley, Hiram Brownell, and John Engstrom moving pieces of scrap and our Embarkation Ladder to the barge to clean up the deck. 

Steve Watt received his 2,000 hour jacket on Saturday.  Thank you Sir for your dedication and hard work for the USS LST 325!

Thanks to Tom Kicks' hard work the 40mm barrels are ready for installation.  John Engstrom, Nick Jochum and Herb Quick worked on Saturday to install the barrels on the Tank Deck.

Using the forklift saved backs to an extent. It's still tough work to maneuver those heavy barrels. 

They've got one up, only one more to go.

Today Tom Kick put on the first coat of paint on the 40mm barrels he's been working on. They are looking great!
